Validate certbot renewals for toolsites in gpstage2 on build
Include toolsites in daily gpworker certbot renewal config validator and fixer tool
Update renewal validator to include authenticator and webroot_path
Swap version from certbot to certbot-auto for generating and fixing renewal confs
Borg Manual Backup before restore
If it fails, it exits and sends a notification.
The ID of the last backup before a restore is stored in /var/www/${site_being_restored}/logs/last-pre-restore-backup.id same as with staging.
