Update gp.sh to change "gp ngx -t" command

Closed Tom DeBello requested to merge tom-nginxservices into master

Changed this command to only do a syntax check:

gp ngx -t

It was performing a status check previously and was identical to this command:

gp ngx -status

Tested on a test server in release.
