Dev release merge

Move all the domain wildcard enable SSL stuff into the command.

  • check to enable SSL before swappign vhost, if fails, then keep non wildcard ssl
  • puts HTTPS before wildcard, if ssl wildcard fails, then wildcard add fails, but https remains.
